Returns & Exchanges Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and unworn
-
In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
-
In the same condition received
-
Accompanied by a receipt or order number
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to issue a partial refund for missing or damaged components.
How to Start a Return

Email: contact@laurentmontier.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.

If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), instructions, and a prepaid label (where applicable).

Ship within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

No authorization, no return: Packages sent back without prior approval/RMA will be rejected.
Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), we cover return shipping.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, size/color preference), return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide the label, or you may return via your own trackable carrier.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Items returned used, not in original condition, or missing parts may be declined or partially refunded. In certain cases, a restocking deduction (up to 15%) may apply to cover inspection/repackaging.
Damages & Issues (Within 7 Days)
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include:

Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
We’ll evaluate and make it right quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

Custom/personalized products
-
Personal care goods (beauty, grooming)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

Gift cards
-
Final-sale/clearance items (marked as such at checkout)
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, email us before purchasing or returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and you’ll need proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks/card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and your refund has not appeared, contact us at contact@laurentmontier.com.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we will refund the product price minus:
